Before commissioning me, please carefully read my full terms. By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service. Any terms that are violated will result in being blacklisted!!! You can see an extended tos here. Below is a brief summary.

This includes VBridger integration for responsive facial tracking and light PSD processing to ensure your model is rig-ready and optimized for smooth performance. It features refined rigging for detailed movement, dynamic physics, and expressive tracking.
Project files are not given out under normal circumstances. Access to project files, such as CMO3, CAN3, AE, etc., will depend on reasoning and requires unanimous agreement from all involved parties. Please check what license offer for more information on project file access.

The included PSD processing covers renaming and Live2D specific cutting, which involves masking and other layers not normally drawn for models by default. It does not include redrawing or creating new parts for the model. This information will be communicated to your artist through cutting notes to ensure the integrity of the art style.

For Live2D commissions, this does not include rights over the art if the artist is not the rigger. The client must discuss this with the model artist. Client will receive the cmo3 for live2d related commissions.

【 Terms of Service 】
Any terms that are violated will result in being blacklisted!!! This is a simplified version of my Terms of Service. A client agreement will be sent for signing before invoicing once a project is confirmed.For corporate projects please reference back to licenses as some services may differ.

Must be of legal age (18)
Must have usage rights to provided materials
Must provide credits for third-party references
Responsible for understanding usage policies
Agree to provide the necessary information and discuss additional uses or changes after the project starts
Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner so the project can move smoothly
The rigger reserves the right to refuse any project
Invoices are due when received. Unpaid projects may be paused or canceled
Workflow and Deadlines
Projects are done in the order they’re received, but smaller ones may finish sooner
deadlines are encouraged and if needed give Cho know at least 3 months in advance
Rush fees may apply for tight deadlines
If I have an emergency or health issue, I may need extra time
communication
If the client takes too long to reply, the project might be delayed or paused
Long periods of no communication may lead to the project being archived or canceled (no refund)
Please let Cho know if you’ll be unavailable for a while
It’s your responsibility to keep communication open
Payment & Refunds
The client must make payments through invoices provided by Cho through Paypal
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to book a slot
The client can pay in full or split payments (50% upfront, 50% before delivery)
No refunds once work begins, unless cho is unable to finish, then a partial refund may be offered
Chargebacks are not allowed
Ownership & Usage
Cho will release access to the files once full payment is received
The client may not share, resell, or modify the files without Cho's written permission
In the event the client transfers ownership to someone else, the new owner must follow these same terms
Modifications
The client may not edit or change the art or physics without my permission
If Cho is also the artist, any visual edits (color, texture, etc.) must be approved
Cho can guide the client on small changes like toggles or textures if needed
revisions
indie clients receive 1 free minor revision
Extra changes cost extra
Technical fixes (like missing files or errors) are free
feedback should be sent quickly to avoid delays
After delivery, the client has 2 weeks to report bugs or formatting issues
Project Cancellation
Cho may cancel a project if:
The client doesn’t follow these terms
The client doesn’t pay
The client stops responding
the client becomes hostile during communication
If cutting notes are consistently overlooked, the project may be terminated early to prevent ongoing miscommunication with the third party involved. In such a case, a refund will be issued
Support & Updates
Post-delivery support, including model adjustments, updates, or additional modifications, is provided solely at the Live2D Modeler’s discretion and may be discontinued at any time
Clients requesting new commissions or updates must agree to the most recent version of these Terms prior to the commencement of any new work or support
If an existing Client operates under outdated Terms and violates updated provisions, they will be notified. Continued noncompliance following notice constitutes a breach of the current Terms
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your model and its content follow platform rules (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, etc.), including guidelines about clothing or explicit content
Violations
Breaking these terms can lead to:
Immediate project termination,
Loss of rights to the deliverables, and/or
Being blacklisted from future work
